In my psychotherapy practice, I draw on the body of work in positive psychology — a rapidly growing field of scientific psychology that I helped shape as a founding member of the Polish Society for Positive Psychology. Unlike traditional approaches, which focus on difficulties and corrective therapies, positive psychology emphasizes strengthening an individual’s strengths, fostering positive emotions, and developing traits that promote a fulfilling life.
Thanks to rigorous scientific research, this field offers validated methods that effectively support feelings of happiness, harmony, and mental well-being. In my work, I integrate these interventions with established approaches, such as Gestalt therapy and behavioral therapies, to provide precise and individually tailored support that helps patients fully realize their potential.
For those seeking inspiration , I’ve included a list of videosthat subtly support the development of the 24 character strengths — valuable resources of positive psychology.
I invite you to explore how my approach can support your growth and well-being.
