My name is Jacek Za\u0142uski<\/strong>. I am psychologist<\/strong> (University of Silesia in Katowice), an experienced psychotherapist<\/strong> and a Gestalt Counselling Specialist<\/strong>, certified by the Gestalt Counselling Centre<\/a><\/span><\/strong> in collaboration with the Associazione Italiana di Counselling. I also hold a master\u2019s degree in management from the University of Economics in Katowice, which allows me to better understand the complexity of the challenges faced by leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals leading busy lives.<\/p>\n

For over 20 years, I have been providing individual psychotherapy for adults<\/strong> and couples therapy<\/strong>, helping my patients develop mental resilience<\/strong>, achieve greater inner peace, and better cope with the pressures of their professional and personal lives. My practice is based on the highest ethical and professional standards.
